Admissions at Sina Hospital Arak<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The admissions unit will only accept a patient upon presentation of valid identification by the patient or their companion. In case of any discrepancies or the use of another person’s health insurance, the individual will be considered guilty, and the legal consequences will fall upon the patient and their companions. <\/p>\n

The patient or their companion must read and sign the consent form provided for medical procedures during admission or immediately after being admitted to the ward. This form is completed by the patient themselves, a first-degree relative, or their guardian. If further explanations are needed, the attending physician will discuss with the patient and their companion regarding the benefits and potential consequences of the medical procedures. <\/p>\n

    • Patient discharge can be executed immediately after the attending physician’s order, although this process may vary in time depending on the type of health insurance and the number of patients awaiting discharge.<\/li>\n
    • Please be patient while your discharge procedures are carried out in the best possible manner.<\/li>\n
    • Upon discharge, a summary of the medical file along with the financial bill will be provided to you. If desired, you can request diagnostic documents including CT scans, ultrasounds, MRIs, some lab tests, and pathology results during discharge. <\/li>\n
